Lacia is enthralled with fashion and design, passions she has carried with her throughout her professional career.

She has studied Fashion and Design in Canada after which she went into fashion retail and then moved into the corporate world where she worked for a number of vertically-integrated companies and fashion brands from 1985-2000. This enabled her to get involved in the design, production and purchase processes of various new collections.

While working for IKEA since 2000, currently in the role of Southeast Asia’s Retail Director for Thailand, Singapore and the Philippines, it has been Lacia’s side passion and sheer desire to one day start her own brand. And so in March 2019, she was thrilled to launch Shared Philosophy – a trendy collection of which was made in Thailand, with fabrics from Thailand, South Korea and Japan. Subsequent awe-inspiring collections followed in August 2019 and March 2020.

Lacia’s passion is to offer impeccably crafted, stylish yet comfortable clothing for women of any age and body type. Her collections suit women that are confident about their body and appreciate timeless design, natural fabrics, good craftmanship and modern flair.

Lacia loves that she works on fair terms, employs and encourages Thai women entrepreneurs whose families depend on Shared Philosophy.
